These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Rebel Art Division (“RAD”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website. By placing an order with RAD through these channels, you (“Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies referenced within them. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and RAD with respect to your purchase and supersedes any prior understanding, whether oral or written.

1. About RAD

Rebel Art Division (RAD) is a fashion brand operated by KINETIC FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office at UNIT NO-A, 1st FLOOR, BUILDING NO-2, KHASRA NO 619/2-7, Delhi, 110074-India. (“Company”). RAD products are sold directly through the RAD website.

2. Orders Payment

  • RAD accepts orders through the RAD website.
  • We currently offer prepaid payment at checkout only.
  • An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our system.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch — including for reasons of suspected fraud, security concerns, unusual or suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. Where an order is cancelled after prepayment, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Customers may request modification or cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched, by writing to us at care@rebelartdivision.com.

3. Shipping

  • RAD currently ships only within India.
  • All orders, regardless of value, are eligible for free shipping.
  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS on your registered contact details.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

4. Exchange Policy

RAD follows a considered, no-returns policy. Please read this section carefully before placing your order, as it forms a binding part of these Terms.

4.1 No Returns or Refunds

All RAD products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, as covered under Section 5 below.

4.2 Size Exchange First-Time Customers Only

  • A one-time size exchange is available exclusively to customers placing their first order with RAD.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per customer, per order — this facility cannot be availed a second time.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The exchange is limited strictly to a size change of the same product and is subject to availability of the requested size.
  • Shipping for this one-time size exchange — both pickup and redelivery — is provided free of cost to the customer.
  • Repeat customers, or customers seeking a second exchange, are not eligible under this policy.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, and if something has genuinely gone wrong on our end, we will make it right at no cost to you — subject to the condition below.

5.1 Unboxing Video Mandatory

To be eligible for a replacement of a damaged, torn, or defective product, or in case of an incorrect item received, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package prior to opening, through to the product inside. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed, as it is not possible for our team to verify the condition in which the product was received.

5.2 Resolution

Where a valid unboxing video confirms that a product was received damaged, torn, defective, or incorrect, RAD will replace the product free of cost to the customer, including all shipping charges for the replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the RAD website and across RAD’s products — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, artwork, photography, and brand name — is the property of the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of RAD’s intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAD and the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or purchase of products, beyond the remedies expressly provided in these Terms.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected from you — including for billing, shipping, and order fulfilment — will be used solely for processing and fulfilling your order and for related customer support, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order (such as courier and payment partners).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
